Delivery within Australia is via Australia Post's STANDARD delivery and only to direct addressess - no PO Boxes.
Turnaround time for dispatch is currently 3-5 business days from payment. If it's an urgent order, let me know - I'll do my best! Please note that postage times may vary depending on public holidays.
I'm happy to refund a faulty item - please contact me. If you just change your mind about the purchase, I'm happy to refund, but you must pay for return delivery. I don't refund on 'change of mind' for personalised items, but will happily replace if faulty.
